Being new to town, After my first 2 visits / appointments. I was not a fan of the Service. BUT just in the last few months, all my appointments have been Ex with great communication and service. taking care of all my questions and concerns on my first as. Mostly due to Callie in the Service department. Thanks again. I will defiantly continue to use the Service Dept. and when time again to buy, I will start there because of this.
Just want to give a huge shout out to my Service Advisor Callie;
She was very professional, called me with updates, was very honest & knew what to do. Whenever I had a question she never hesitated she would ask someone about my car right away. She was very sweet as well. I would highly recommend dealing with Callie as she understood every aspect of my frustrations & even went above and beyond.
Long story short;
I had a few codes on my car that I got told I would need a new engine or a new vehicle. I thought, I dont want a new vehicle because I love my little car so I took it to GM to get a second opinion other than another dealership. She took me in right away; and made the process very easy. She called me to update me about my car, she hoped walk me through what was wrong. I appreciate that so much. She searched solutions & helped me in ways that I dont think anyone else could. I left happy knowing my car was in good hands with her. She knows what shes doing.
